Statement on the Moore County Electrical Grid Attacks

The attacks on the Moore County power facilities are a disgrace. There are absolutely zero excuses to attack a power grid system, especially in the winter when thousands of people rely on electricity for heat, warmth, and in some cases, survival.

The person or people responsible for such an attack deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The attackers who carried out this attack should be held legally responsible for any injuries or deaths while the power is out.
